First HuHot Experience
Today was a fabulous day, the sun was shining in the Ozarks and the temperature were unbelievable for end of January! As Ilene and I love to do on Mondays we went hunting for great places to enjoy food that would be friendly in the Paleo lifestyle.
So for Christmas the Frantz family gave us a gift certificate to HuHot, Amie had been talking about it and was excited with the choices they have. So thanks Brandon and Amie for the awesome gift we used it today and here is the story!
When we go there they sat us down and on the way in they told us it was customer appreciation and that TODAY we were going to get a FREE Piece of Cake... Oh you can only guess how excited I was about that, I wonder what kind of cake it was, maybe a great Cheat dessert! NOT! So bottom line the food was wonderful and the selection was totally Paleo friendly, we looked at the sauces and found the Garlic and Ginger, Lime and Lemon great choices to use with your selection plus the eggs that was cool.
So if you are looking for a great lunch or dinner stop while out and stick to the meat, vegetating, fruits and eggs you will leave there really caveman full.
I had first round, chicken-beef-pork, smothered with peppers, bock choy, pineapple, onions, brocoli, water chest nuts, bamboo shoots and cilantro - add egg and lime sauce, ginger & garlic sauce, with side of sunflower seeds and they have this totally hot Horse Radish sauce WOW clear the sinus cavity, and you have great meal.
Hey we also saw the Oscar Myer Winner Mobile> How Cool was that, I wish I could have gotten a whistle. For some of you that is a mystery. Remember I have been around awhile. What a cool Cruiser how can I get a job driving this around?

NO IT IS NOT PALEO/PRIMAL BUT IT IS COOL!
I will give HuHot an A and great place for Primal people to eat, just choose wisely and enjoy the fellowship, which was cool because at the lunch hour we met the waitress who eat organic and shared www.marksdailyapple.com with her, and also a brother in CHrist who worked the grill and really loved the Lord...

Grok On!
